Together with the Ideacto team, we helped Warta enhance the usability and intuitiveness of its insurance management client app (desktop & mobile). Our goal was to ensure customers could efficiently fill claims, check policies, and manage payments.

To address usability gaps before final development, we applied the Rapid Iterative Testing and Evaluation (RITE) methodology, conducting two rounds of usability testing to quickly identify, test, and implement design refinements.
